When Christians Die, Do They Instantly "Go To Be With The Lord?" - Part 2

So what are, and where will we find, the origins of this lie that Christians go straight to heaven to: "be with The Lord"? Right at the beginning, in Genesis, that's where. Where God says this in Genesis 2:17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

Then we have the Adversary's conversation with Eve and his answer in Genesis 3:3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. 4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

Right, here we have a non-contest; God is saying that if they eat the fruit of the forbidden tree they will die. The Devil is saying the opposite, that they won't die so who do you believe; God or the Devil; The Truth or a lie? What mainstream Christians have to understand is, if they believe that at the point of their deaths, their consciousnesses instantaneously leave their bodies and float off to heaven to 'be with The Lord', they haven't died, they are still alive. One life has mutated without a break into another life. This means they believe that when we die, we don't die or haven't died and so, by default, they believe the same lie as Eve!

King Solomon, the wisest man, after The Lord Jesus Christ, who ever lived, said this: Eccl 3:19 For that which befalleth the sons of men befalleth beasts; even one thing befalleth them: as the one dieth, so dieth the other; yea, they have all one breath; so that a man hath no preeminence above a beast: for all is vanity.

I will now move on to New Testament Scriptures to support the Truth that Christians die and don't go instantly to: "be with The Lord"

1 Cor 15:17 And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins. Here The Lord through Paul states quite clearly that if The Lord is not raised from the dead we are still in our sins. Verse18: Then they also which are fallen asleep (dead) in Christ are perished (dead forever). Now get this, and mark, learn and inwardly digest it. If The Lord Jesus Christ is not risen from the dead then those who have fallen asleep (died) as believers are perished - dead for all time! Now if we believe what mainstream Christians believe we are now in conflict with this Holy Scripture, 'cos they think dead believers are already resurrected and floating around in Heaven - alive!! Verse19: If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable. 20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept (died). Here we have more evidence that The Lord Jesus Christ is the only person to-date (as He is the first of the firstfruits) to have been resurrected from the dead. Notice too that The Lord slept (died) as well, albeit for only three days and three nights. Again, if we believe what mainstream Christianity accepts blindly as truth, then that means we are to be treated in a better way than even The Lord Jesus Christ. He knew death and died but we, according to mainstream Christians, don't die or won't suffer the same experience. What makes us more special than The Lord Jesus Christ?

Verse 21: For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming. Notice, in verse 22 that all in Adam die, this means all those descended from Adam will die because of our fallen physical condition. Even though we are Born Again we still occupy decaying physical bodies which must die. Notice too, those in Christ shall be made alive, made alive from what - death of course? When will we be made alive; at the return of the Lord Jesus Christ to this earth when He comes to take His Throne and His Crown as King of kings and Lord of lords?

Finally, I will rewrite 1 Cor 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. The dead shall be raised incorruptible (Spirit Beings) at the sound of the last trumpet. (Brackets mine)

If these mainstream Christians are already alive floating around heaven, having gone, instantaneously, to: 'be with The Lord' at the point of their non-deaths, who are all these dead Christians mentioned in 1 Cor 15:52? I will tell you, they are The Elect, those chosen before the foundation of the earth - The Saints and they are the only Christians who will be with The Lord at His coming.

If there are any of you out there that believe this false notion of Christians going instantaneously to 'be with the Lord' when they die then you need a major rethink on this crucial topic. Hopefully, when you realise you have been conned on this topic it will open your eyes to all the other cons and errors the men of religion have taught you.
